Graduated in May 1986 from Franklin & Marshall College, Lancaster, Pennsylvania with a B.A. in Biology; received a J.D. in May 1989 from Pepperdine University School of Law, Malibu, California; and was admitted to the California Bar in December 1989. Mr. Reisz has tried jury and bench trials in the Los Angeles County Superior Court and has engaged in oral argument before the Court of Appeal of the State of California and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.

Mr. Reisz is currently practicing employment litigation, unfair business practice litigation, architects/engineers and attorney malpractice litigation, products liability litigation, and appeals. He regularly lectures to supervisory employees on the topics of discrimination and sexual harassment awareness training. Mr. Reisz is a member of the Defense Research Institute and The Association of Southern California Defense Counsel.

Mr. Reisz received mediation training from the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution at the Pepperdine University School of Law and is a member of the Los Angeles Superior Court ADR Civil Mediation Panel. Mr. Reisz also serves as a private dispute resolution mediator for pre-litigation and litigation claims resolution utilizing both evaluative and facilitative approaches to mediation.

Mr. Reisz is a past member of the Board of Governors of OTIS College of Art and Design, and is a former Chair of the Board of Directors of Los Angeles Contemporary Exhibitions (LACE).
